[Webapps-common-packages] Bug#415159: tinymce: file /tinymce/blank.htm is missing

Hi,

When using tinymce, the webserver gives:

 Not found

 The requested URL /tinymce/blank.htm was not found on this server

The file "/usr/share/tinymce/www/blank.htm" seems to be missing from the
package.  It'd be nice if this could get shipped with the next upload.
