[Webmin-maintainers] webmin-bind bug 302447, Problem still exists

I just installed webmin-bind 1.180-3 and received the following error:

I believe this is related to bug 302447 so if you have no objection I
plan to reopen the bug.

Note that the above problem has already been reported but the bug
wasn't opened again.
