[Webmin-maintainers] Bug#337119: Removing webmin: unable to remove /usr/local

When removing the webmin package, I get this warning:

dpkg - warning: while removing webmin, unable to remove directory
`/usr/local':
Device or resource busy - directory may be a mount point ?

It indeed is, but is it normal that it tries to remove this directory?!
