[Aptitude-devel] Bug#697401: aptitude: spurious arguments produce no error messages

Both of these bugs are related, should probably be merged -- but
extracting useful information from both sides in the primary one,
which takes time that I lack right now.

So I leave this message to note the fact and consider both bugs at the
same time in the future.
