Initial Comment:
I would like it another option can be added to axel to provide a list of URLs to download one after the other.  This would be similar to the wget -i option.  This is different from the multiple URLs at the command line as those are used to point to the same file at different locations.  The file list would contain different files that can be queued for downloading.
