Its reproducible. downloading the given link results in a crash.

looks like the server is returning a 301 to a FTP site where the file no longer exists. you might want to try http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/2.x/release/tinycore_2.11.iso
