Hi,there!

I am using axel to speed up downloading rpms by using Fedora yum
command. The problem is that my computer is using a proxy which requires
authentication to connect to internet.

After installing axel plugin for yum and configuring proxy in
/etc/yum.conf, I invoking 'yum install *some-package*' and get output like:
use axel to download package, axel -a -n 3 *some-url*. However, about some
seconds later, it shows *time out.

*Then I* *tried to run 'axel *some-url*'* at bash, it returns:HTTP/1.0
407 Proxy Authentication Required, *which is wild because I have set bash
environment variables* http_proxy to proxy:passwd at somedomain.* I also tried
to edit *~/.axelrc *but it won't work either.*

    * So I'd like to know if I did somthing wrong?*

*Thanks!*
