[debhelper-devel] Bug#885745: dh_installdocs: install PKG-doc.docs list in PKG (not PKG-doc)

Dear Maintainer,

	while upgrading normaliz-3.5.0+ds-2 to debhelp 11 , I realized that
	the files listed in normaliz-doc.docs were installed in
	/usr/share/doc/normaliz but not in /usr/share/doc/normaliz-doc as it
	had been with debhelp 10. (Note that I will downgrade to debhelp 10).
