That lintian warning suggests that libgomp-plugin-nvptx1 +
gcc-8-offload-nvptx are not listed in the debian/control file of the
source package you uploaded. If that is the case, dak will/should
reject the package anyway in a later control check as the upload then
includes binaries not related to the source package.
I am aware that the d/control of gcc-8 in subversion does list these,
but please confirm that the control file of the uploaded package lists
these two packages.
