* Adjust Iceweasel setup in debian-edu.js based on
  <URL: http://bootpolish.net/home_ltsp_ltspiceweaselhacks >:
  - Disable location-bar suggestion feature that is sludgy on
    thin-clients.
  - Tell Iceweasel to not look for upgrades.
  - Allow it to look for new extentions.
  - Use LANG environment variable to choose locale.
  - Disable default browser checking.
