kiwix: my first look at the package

Hi Mike,

Reply-To set to debian-edu team mailing list.

I've set the maintainer to Debian-Edu team and pushed my changes. Also
I deleted the working branch from remote as it was my personal working
branch and I pushed it accidentally yesterday.

Yes it failed with this same error for me also. I was first thinking
this error was because kiwix was only compatible with Xulrunner-11 but
looking closer this is not related to Xulrunner. May be renaud can
help. I will cc him I'm not sure if he is subscribed to the list yet.
