I didn't test any of these three keys in unstable. Will check it later
when I have a minute with my system. However, I recall touchpad toggle
used to work in 1.1.10. This is a mystery, as when I check out 2b771f1
(which appears to correspond to 1.1.10), I see we only handle these as
exceptions:

    0000001[cd]|00000039)
