[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#709410: resource-agents: Resource agent can't assign address to interface.

Resource manager IPv6addr not working properly.
In log falls: ERROR: no valid mecahnisms.

I try run it with strace. And see, that agent fails after reading /proc/net/if_inet6.
