[Debian-ha-maintainers] update wiki - setup/config

Hi gusy ;)!

I think would be a good idea update the Setup and Config page of the
cluster-stack on Debian:

https://wiki.debian.org/Debian-HA/ClustersFromScratch

Since I was testing the packets from https://ppa.mmogp.com/apt/debian/ and
I was playing with the new modern stack to see how it's working, I wouldn't
mind to update this part of the wiki.
If it's okay for everybody I'll go ahead, if not just tell me.
