Hi!

libqb currently fails to builds from source on powerpcspe due to a mismatched
symbols file:

The fix is obvious and trivial, add "!powerpcspe" to __start___verbose at Base and
__stop___verbose at Base, following the same pattern as for the other PowerPC
architectures, in debian/symbols.
