[Debian-lego-team] Preferred nqc bug tracker?

Dear developers of nqc,

I notice several very old bug reports and patches available from
<URL: https://sourceforge.net/p/bricxcc/bugs/ > and
<URL: https://sourceforge.net/p/bricxcc/patches/ >.

Are these bug and patch trackers in use or mostly ignored?  I ask
because I wanted to record the preferred upstream bug tracker in the
Debian package metadata, and wonder what to place there.
