So most probably we might simply release sequenceconverter.app
completely independant from BioCocoa?

Well, several people read the commit mails and reverting something
should be no problem at all.  So there is no need to hesitate.

Ahh, that's great - I just not realsied this.  Conversion to CDBS
would be perfectly OK.

Well, I would not call myself a fan - but it works quite good for
team maintainance because you can have a good overview quite quickly.
But only if it fits - there are more complex packages which just
create headaches if you try to turn them to CDBS.  Just decide
what you would regard reasonable for the specific case - it's fine
if you keep the current packaging.
