[Debian-med-packaging] Build problem for last-align with gcc-4.6 (patch)

Hi,
I face the same issue with ncbi-blast-plus.

However how do you fix for the following?

/usr/include/c++/4.6/x86_64-linux-gnu/bits/c++config.h:155:26: note:   'std::size_t'

this is not in your code.

In my case, the error appears at

/usr/include/c++/4.6/cxxabi.h:442:23: error: 'ptrdiff_t' has not been
declared


The error is in cxxabi.h, not part of my code.
