libsbml FTBFS if the package "swig" is not installed with the with the 
following error

Your build-dependencies mention swig but only as a second alternative with
"swig-2.0" being the first alternative.

The desscription of swig says it's a dependency package but it seems 
that is not
quite true, it seems it also provides a couple of symlinks.

Please either change your build-dependencies to ensure the package "swig"
gets pulled in, fix the detection code to not require those symlinks or 
otherwise
fix this bug.
