Would you confirm that this ReadSeq.jar is this project:

   http://iubio.bio.indiana.edu/soft/molbio/readseq/java/

We have readseq (the old C version) in Debian and I was not yet
motivated to package the Java version ... but if it now would serve some
purpose I could have a look into it.
