We changed the way the NEW queue works this weekend, however the part
that does the actual removal of files (clean-suites) now needs
postgresql 9.1, but ftp-master still has 9.0.  Before this is upgraded,
it is not possible to re-upload rejected packages as dak still knows
about the old version.

So you need either change the version number, including the upstream
version used for the tarball, or wait a few more days before uploading
the packages again.
