Which is weird since biomaj Depends: default-jre | java6-runtime.

But yes, something might be wrong somewhere, even if I couldn't
reproduce it manually :)
(I have vague memories about openjdk-something 6 vs. 7 and
update-alternatives.)

Oh, and I don't find the lines you quoted above in the log in
#726801.
