[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#743927: Biopython does not define egg metadata

Package: python-biopython
Version: 1.59-1

Python setuptools cannot find the system installed version of biopython
as there is no egg-info associated with the package.

I'd expect to see to see a dist-packages/Bio.egg-info file containing
metadata.

It could be argued that the issue here is with the somewhat crufty way
that setuptools looks for modules. However, this appears to be the way
things are done in the Python world and "we" should conform to this
convention.
