Hi, Dmitry.

I see... The official wxWidgets compilation is (reasonably)  against GTK3,
and we used GTK2.
Shouldn't be hard to fix, but we will take time...
Those ugly macros are for window reparenting issues and we finally removed
the main point of failure (window undocking).

We will keep you informed.
