Dear Maintainer,

Autopkgtest of python-pysam currently fails with:

 gzip: ex10.bam.gz: No such file or directory
 gzip: example_bai.bam.gz: No such file or directory
 gzip: example_unmapped_reads_no_sq.bam.gz: No such file or directory
 gzip: example_user_header.bam.gz: No such file or directory

Also, please do not create temporary directories manually, but use
$ADTTMP variable instead.
