[Debian-med-packaging] svn update

Dear Andreas,

I happily saw that camitk ended in the debian continuous integration 
system [1] thanks to autopkgtest, but much less happily saw that it 
failed the test!

I made the necessary changes in debian/tests (I updated the package 
number to 3.3.2-2), it should be better now, my bad.

There is also this new bug [2], I am waiting for an answer from the bug 
submitter (Aurélien Jarno), but if anyone here can help, that would be 
great.
Basically: I disabled the parallel build because it can fail for build 
on some machine with not a big RAM, Aurélien would like it back.
