The only idea I have why your successful built is not reproducible is the
fact that since we are working on the basis of a created orig.tar.xz.
Could you please confirm that you used

   debian/rules get-orig-source

to create the orig.tar.xz and can you perhaps put this successful
tarball online somewhere to let us pick this one for another try?
