That was a last minute change of the filename that I forgot to move to
the d/p/series file. (sorry).

Yes, I now see that you updated a patch that was in name already in the
"apt-get source" version, and my patch wanted to do these ECC_->EC_
changes again. 

With the new patch and series file I've just committed the build works.

Regarding upstream, it seems this is now at 
  https://github.com/pipelka/aeskulap 
but there are no releases tagged so far.
