Hi!

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that raster3d could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch tells tar to record 0/0 instead of the build user and
group when creating diffs.tar. Once applied, raster3d can be built
reproducibly in our current experimental framework.
