Hi Andreas,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

ReadSeq-2.0.1\src\edu\msu\cme\rdp\readseq\utils\IUBUtilities.java doesn't 
have a proper license and is not distributable (Ryan Farris is not mentioned
anywhere).

ReadSeq-2.0.1\src\edu\msu\cme\rdp\readseq\utils\RmDupSeqs.java  is under GPLv2+
and neither license nor copyright holder is mentioned in your debian/copyright.

While your are at it, strictly speaking the license of "File: *" is GPLv3+ and 
not only GPLv3.
