Try

  pdebuild [pbuilder options] -- --debbuildopts -A

This will produce the broken package.

Looking at your debian/rules
* the dh_link and dh_install calls are wrong for a package producing
multiple binary packages
* dh_install does not belong into the override_dh_auto_install target
