[Debian-med-packaging] libbpp-core_2.2.0-1_amd64.changes is NEW

Hi ftpmasters,

there will be several packages libbpp-* from the Bio++ library which was
somehow orphaned in Debian and now taken over from Debian Med team. The
names of the binaries are changing due to g++-5 migration. It would be
great if these could be accepted quickly to get this migration of the
set of interdependant packages quickly.

Thanks a lot

       Andreas.
