[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#848735: pynast: FTBFS: Test failures

Hi Aaron and Olivier,

seems the latest upgrade of ncbi-tools affected further packages.

Aaron, may I assume that changing Build-Depends to

   ncbi-blast+-legacy (>= 2.5.0-2~) | blast2

also in the case of pynast is apropriate?

Could you give some hint for a patch to fix this test suite error:

======================================================================
ERROR: test_align_two_seqs_with_blast (__main__.PyNastTests)

Kind regards

        Andreas.
