[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#812571: RM: clustalw-mpi -- ROM; Outdated non-free code that has other free replacements

Hi,

it is time to remove clustalw-mpi from Debian non-free.  The author
confirmed that he does not intend to update the program to the free code
base and there are other free packages in Debian that are providing the
same functionality.  Popcon value is 0 anyway.  So please remove
clustalw-mpi from the archive.
