unfortunately I have to reject your package.

Please add the missing Expat license of (at least) hmmer-3.1b2/libdivsufsort/* 
to your debian/copyright.

Please tell upstream that the information in the file footer (license is GPLv3) 
does not match the information in the file COPYRIGHT (license is GPLv3+).
