You can now do

   gbp clone ssh://git.debian.org/git/debian-med/camitk.git

to get the packaging repository.  You next step will probably be

   TMPDIR=/var/tmp gbp import-orig --pristine-tar camitk_4.0.orig.tar.xz

Setting the TMPDIR might be needed for large tarballs like camitk.  You
can find more help for the Git packaging workflow in the Debian Med
policy (or as always here on the list).
