[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#855430: examl: FTBFS on non-x86: unrecognized command line option ‘-msse3’

Hi Alexandros,

I have packaged examl for Debian and this is the first bug report the
package received. As far as I'm reading the Makefile and docs the
-msse3 switch is effectively needed in the code. The only solution I
see to close this bug report is to not provide the binaries resulting
from those makefiles that are containing the -msse3 switch on those
architectures that do not know it.

Could you please confirm this suspicion?

Kind regards and thanks for providing examl as free software

           Andreas.

PS: If your lab provides other code you consider important for
    bioinformatics please give me a hint to add it to the Debian
    package pool as well.
