Hi Maintainer

Since the upload of python-pysam 0.14+ds-1, autopkgtests of pbsuite
[1] and python-pbcore [2] have been failing with error messages
similar to the following (and others):

ImportError: libchtslib.so: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory
