[Debian-ports-devel] Dedicated IRC channel for Debian Ports

Just a quick heads-up: James has set up a dedicated IRC channel for
Debian Ports where he has also enabled status messages for the buildd
health monitoring.

Everyone involved in Debian Ports should join and, of course, everyone
else is invited to join as well.
