Would it help to add python-h5py build-dep to taurus? This way the
pymca HDF code should work during build.

I will add these at least to Recommends. Adding them to Depends is
also not a problem, but I think Recommends would be cleaner if adding
the h5py build-depend in taurus works.

As far as I know, they are not.
