Bug#626915: qtiplot: does not start with no Internet connection

Package: qtiplot
Version: 0.9.8.4-1
Severity: normal

Upon startup the application shows "Please support QtiPlot!". Dialog is closed
by clicking "Make donation" or "X" in the window decoration.

When there is no Internet connection another dialog is shown titled "QtiPlot -
Error" with text "www.qtiplot.ro: Host not found" and OK button that exits the
whole application.
With Internet connection browser is launched and then the application is
working.
