Package: libroot-geom-dev
Version: 5.34.00-1
Severity: normal

I was checking archive and found very few uses Multi-Arch: foreign
for lib*-dev packages.

These 3 looks strange. libemos-dev, libroot-geom-dev, libtacacs+1-dev

Rest of the world uses Multi-Arch: same.

If this is your intentional choice, pease close this bug.

Otherwise, think bout it.

Multi-Arch: same
This package is co-installable with itself, but it must not be used to
satisfy the dependency of any package of a different architecture from
  itself.
