Package: libarpack++2-dev
Version: 2.3-2
Followup-For: Bug #684805

Also a problem in arsnsym.h:

/usr/include/arpack++/arsnsym.h:81:55: error: ‘DefineParameters’ was not declared in this scope, and no declarations were found by argument-dependent lookup at the point of instantiation [-fpermissive]
                    ncvp, tolp, maxitp, residp, ishiftp);
                                                       ^
/usr/include/arpack++/arsnsym.h:81:55: note: declarations in dependent base ‘ARStdEig<double, double, NonSymMatrix<double> >’ are not found by unqualified lookup
/usr/include/arpack++/arsnsym.h:81:55: note: use ‘this->DefineParameters’ instead

Best regards
