Status of vmtk

Hi Johannes,

when checking reverse dependencies of insighttoolkit3 and vtk5 I
stumbled upon vmtk.  I noticed that the project moved to Github and has
a new version.  Unfortunately it seems there was no switch to
insighttoolkit4 and vtk6 (and it also needs vtkjava which is not (yet)
available in vtk6).

I wonder whether you intend to keep on working on this package.  I also
wonder why the package is in non-free.  I browsed d/copyright quickly
but did not stumbled upon something non-free.  Could you please point
out what I'm missing?
