[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#694784: xmlto: ePUB does not include a css file

Dear Maintainer,

Debian Bug 652629 (http://bugs.debian.org/652629) leaded us to conclusion that
xmlto doesn't include a proper css file into ePUB format.

I have done some investigation on building maint-guide package,
and got a fast & dirty solution.

A have send the patched /usr/share/xmlto/format/docbook/epub format file
to Ondrej Vasik by email.

I'd like you to include this patch in the debian xmlto faster than Ondrej will
do something in the upstream.  I do ask due to Bug 652629
