[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#626036: xml-core: updated patch for sorting catalogs.

Dear Josh and Daniel,

I updated the patch to sort only when the "--sort" switch is used
(BTW, I didn't know how to name the switch, like "--sort",
"--sort-catalog", or something else, so tell me if this choice does
not seem correct to you).

The switch will be used by default while adding catalogs in the
dh_installxmlcatalogs debhelper script but not while deleting catalogs
(didn't seem proper to me, but if it should be, tell me it's just a
tiny line to add).

I updated the documentation part that generates the update-xmlcatalog
man page (also adding the --verbose that were forgotten) and in the
help message of this script.

Note that in the manpage I also added added a tip: "To sort a catalog
without adding or removing an item, just add an already existing item
to the catalog."

Finally I think the diff stays quite thin.

If you have any comment, feel free to tell me.
I'll update the svn tonight or this week-end when I have the time to
(and no firewall blocking ssh!).

Thanks for your patience.

Regards,
Joseph
