[Gnuk-users] STM32 Primer 2

With a soldering iron, I connect two wires for SWD.  Together with
GND, I connect three pins to STLink/V2, and write Gnuk image to my
STM32 Primer 2.  (My STM32 Primer 2 doesn't "talk" any more :-)

It works.  Thank you Kaz Kojima for Chopstx support and the document
of SWD connection.

For the latter, I think that it would be better to explain GND
connection is required.  It's obvious for people with knowledge of
electric engineering (that current loop matters for signals), but
someone would misunderstand as if connection were two pins only of
SWDIO and SWDCLK.

Well, I still remember the days as a radio-boy in 70s; Before I
learned the English word "ground "in school, I learned the term "GND".
