[Gnuk-users] Chopstx on Raspberry Pi 2

Hi,

The attached patch is the first cut of my trial to port
Chopstx to Raspberry Pi 2.  It's very experimental and
will have many issues.  example-rpi2 is simply example-led
for that target.  Although that board looks to be problematic
for security devices, at least for now, I hope that it'll
help cortex-A/multi-core support of Chopstx.
