 Static linking of eaton-sdk libraries on MinGW gives error as 'undefined reference to `__chkstk_ms''  for shut serial

gcc needs to be updated to 4.6.1 version or newer.
Note regarding this limitation has to be added in documentation of eaton-sdk.
