[Nut-upsuser] NUT upsdrv Using bcmxcp_usb Won't Connect to UPS

I can't seem to get NUT to connect to my new PowerWare (Eaton) 5115.
(Linux 2.6.34.1  x86_64, Gentoo)

What would already 'claim' the UPS?
